These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) set out the contractual terms and conditions applicable to all sales between TOTAL WARGAME and its customers

Every purchase implies full acceptance of the current GTC.

The prices of all our products are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes but excluding the cost of processing and shipping. 

The items will be charged on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration of orders. They remain the property of until full payment of the price. 

Ordering and delivery: 

Ordering process 

The ordering process is as follows: 

- Choosing items and adding to the basket 

- Validation of the contents of the basket 

- Identification on the site if the Customer is not already identified or express order (no identification required)

- Choice of delivery method 

- Choice of payment method and acceptance of the GTC 

- Payment validation 

The Customer has the possibility to view the details of his order and its total price during the different stages and to correct any errors. 

The Customer receives an order confirmation e-mail following the validation of his order. remains the owner of the articles until the complete payment of the order, that is to say the collection of the price of the order by reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or which would present any form of risk in its eyes. The validation of the order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the items available for sale. 

Shipping and Delivery undertakes to deliver the items ordered and paid for to the address chosen by the Customer and according to the following delivery methods and times:

The delivery rate is fixed regardless of the size, weight or amount of the order. It amounts to 4€ TTC for shipments in France, and 8€ TTC for shipments to the rest of the world.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the items delivered and to notify in case of anomaly within 2 days. We understand by anomaly: damage, missing article compared to the order form, damaged or opened package, broken article. 

For all deliveries to a Mondial Relay point, the Customer must check the contents of the package and the condition of the items at the Relay point before signing any delivery slip (paper or electronic). Any parcel presenting an anomaly will not have to be recovered by the Customer without the responsibility of the state of the product being transferred to him. The Customer will inform of the problem encountered. 

All items offered by are subject to the legal guarantee provided by Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

Exchange, return and refund 

Right of withdrawal 


In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay a penalty. Once you have communicated your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this 14-day period, you have another 14 days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne entirely by the Customer.


Conditions of exchange and return for refund 

The returned item(s) must be in their original condition and box, perfectly intact and must not have been used, otherwise the Customer will be held responsible. 

Any exchange or return must be the subject of a request for exchange or return from the contact section of the site If the Customer's order includes several items and he wishes to return more than one item, he will have to select all the items he wishes to exchange or be reimbursed during this return request. 

In France, the Customer will have the choice between Laposte Colissimo or Mondial Relay when making their return request online.

Status of items 

All returned items must be returned undamaged. No return will be accepted if the returned items have suffered a deterioration of their original condition making them unfit for sale or have been used. If this was the case during an exchange of product (s), may exercise all actions for recovery from the Customer. 

Similarly, if the returned product(s) were not in conformity, the refund could not be made. 


The Customer will be reimbursed the full amount of the by via the payment method originally used by the customer to purchase the item returned.In case of receipt of a return package whose contents do not comply with the request for return or whose items do not comply with the conditions of return mentioned above, reserves the right to exercise all actions of recovery corresponding to the Customer. 

The Customer has 2 days from receipt of the return package to make a claim. 

No applications will be accepted after this period.

Our items offered on are subject to the legal guarantee provided by Articles L 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and the guarantee of hidden defects provided by Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. 

The Customer thus has two (2) years to make use of one or other of these guarantees. For the lack of conformity, the period starts from delivery. For latent defects, the period starts from the discovery of the defect. 

In the case of an apparent defect, a lack of conformity or a hidden defect of the article, an expertise will take place. It will be followed, if the defect is proven, by an exchange or a repair. In case of impossibility, reserves the right to reimburse the Customer at its expense. can not be held responsible for the misuse and / or abnormal use of items that could make the Customer. Similarly, can not be held responsible for the return of a competing product and / or not sold on the Site by the Customer. Applicable law 

The present general conditions of use and sale are subject to French law. In case of persistent disagreement on the application, interpretation and execution of these terms and conditions, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be referred to the competent French courts.
