Is the item sold exactly as shown in the photos? Is it complete?
What you see is what you get ! Each description indicates whether the box is new/sealed or whether the item is complete or not.
Is it possible to negotiate an item?

Can I combine several items in a single shipment?
Yes, our shipping costs are fixed regardless of the number of items purchased. If you buy via eBay and the postage is counted several times before you pay, click on ‘Ask seller for total’ and we will send you an invoice with the adjusted postage.
I see the same item several times on eBay. Are there several copies?
No: our items can be seen on several marketplaces (eBay France, US, Canada, etc.).
👉 This means that you are seeing the same item several times, not several different items. Please order the item only once, otherwise only the first order will be honoured, the others will be cancelled and refunded.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, except for weekend orders, which are dispatched the following Monday.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
